We aim to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete or error free.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Any figures discussed before a site visit are indicative only.

A quotation is based on the scope, access and ground conditions understood at the time of the site visit. If the scope changes or unforeseen conditions are found, we will discuss the change with you before proceeding.

Work is carried out to the scope set out in the quotation. Timescales are estimates and can be affected by weather, ground conditions and material availability.

Where materials are specified, natural products such as stone and timber vary in colour, texture and marking.

Payment terms, deposit requirements and stage payments are set out in your individual quotation and agreed before work begins.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out.
